Hi Spacey I am glad the tooth is okay. Hopefully on the mend. I am very interested. What cause of action you might have against the minister? and in what jurisdiction you can commence proceedings against the minister Rowdy. Well, according to my friend, you hold the Minister accountable for not upholding his sworn oath to serve and protect his constituents, which is then a breach of the Constitution. I guess it would have to happen in a federal court, or federal magistrates court. I haven't looked into it fully. It was the things my friend said about not doing it, that fired me up. About allowing these places/and politicians to do all this stuff to us, without challenging their right to do so. They said on the news last night that Julian Assange is going to run for an office in Australia. Now that would make for transparency in government. A friend dropped off the templates to me the other night, to operate as a Freeman. Documents you use to refuse to comply with government regulations, due to them being not enforceable. I will post some to a thread maybe, once I start looking through them.

Tooth pain is a breeze compared to Sciatica. Sciatica is a breeze compared to dealing with Centrelink

Grrr, I'm bloody fuming here, C/L send me an email to say I have a letter. I go into their site and all hell brakes loose with my PC frozen screen etc. It was perfectly alright till I entered their site. I have rang twice waiting 25mins each time and disconnected. On for the 3rd time now and been waiting a half hour and still no answer.

This is why people go in there and attack Centrelink employees. What if you were calling on a cell phone? That's an hour's time down the toilet.

More fun and games with 'Laugh along with Centrelink'.
Another letter this week from Mr Corruption, manager of my local C/L branch, threatening to cut off my son's youth allowance because he didn't return a form on 23 February this year. Letter is dated 5 May.
Son has attended two interviews since that date, at which they did not mention said form. Instead we played 'lets draw doodles on a writing pad' with the staff member who served us.
I immediately left online feedback at the C/L website, asking why this letter had been sent, when its content is very suspect, in light of my recent complaints about same Mr Corruption.
I also sent another email to the Mininister's office, not a very polite one, asking the same question.
I don't think they realise that if they do cut off his youth allowance, I will simply apply for a carer's allowance for him, ontop of my own dsp. I don't know which option is the most financially advantageous, but I won't let them starve my son to death, just because he grew a bone tumor.
They just don't know when to stop .... Let them know we won't put up with it.

I have a considerable problem coming to terms with this, every single public servant I have known has gone to great lengths to avoid unnecessary work and poking the Spaceyone hornet's nest hardly fits into this. There must be someone there who is slowly digging their own grave, he must be pissing off his fellow workers as this all comes back on them.

The Ombudsman will help people who have a problem with a government department, unless that problem is an embarrassment to the government. Then they will be enlisted to protect the government, instead of the victim. I upset a lot of people, when I kept on with my complaints about corruption within DEEWR. When they failed to respond to them, I started to simply write insulting emails to them all, pointing out what a waste of a pay packet they are and how much they disgust me, when stuff like this happens. But yes, you would think that they would just leave it alone now, knowing that I cannot get any justice unless I spend the next few years reading up on the law and taking them to court myself. So to continue to harrass us, just shows how childish and spiteful their staff are. Its probably a knee jerk reaction to the changes I have been making to the false entries they created in my records, demonstrating that local staff deliberately cancelled my DSP application to protect their corrupt employment agency mates from my threatened lawsuit. Good idea Banker, maybe I should write to Wank Jorgensen next . Ooops, excuse typo
