This is what I have done so far,
Committee Secretary
Senate Standing Committees on Community Affairs
Dear Sir or Ma’am
RE: Committee Inquiry of Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (2014 Budget Measures No. 1) Bill 2014 and Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (2014 Budget Measures No. 2) Bill 2014
I wish to make the following brief submission to the Senatorial Committee as follows,
THE PAST
Personal BackgroundI grew up a bit North and a bit West of the last post-WWII Soldier Settlements in Australia
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tullakool,_New_South_Wales
Some of those folk believed they had a compact with the Australian government and Australian people, for themselves and their children and their children’s children.
I directly learned the value of hard work and respect those initial recipients of the sacrifice that a minority can make for the majority.
Economic BackgroundThere is no doubt that the House of Representatives has been captured by cronies that seek to introduce and pass legislation that favours their agenda.
The mere fact that we have double and triple laws regulating taxation, in whatever shape or form, on the ordinary man’s drugs of choice as in alcohol and tobacco is proof that we do not live in a free society. Why not tax salt, or coffee, or even tea, in the same manner?
Political Background
The fact that an Australian government would limit the overseas travel of some people who have an Invalid Pension, notwithstanding the Politically Correct term, and have no ability to work is reprehensible.
The fact that an Australian government would extend the retirement age of some folk to 70 is beyond belief.
The fact that Australian governments would allow government workers to have an extended Paid Parental Scheme, without telling the electorate, is beyond belief.
The fact that the government consciously abrogates the sovereignty of Australian citizens by reference to the, so called, United Nations is beyond belief.
Collectively you folk have eliminated fishing, forestry, farming, housing and freedom and soon to be mining and the air that we breath all because of some fantasy of belief in a ‘united nations’. Unbelievable.
The fact that superannuation has passed from a paid benefit to workers to a financial plaything of vested interests is shameful.
I could continue on the shame that Australian politicians lead us into but I encourage a look forward with a regard to,
THE PRESENT
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act As it stands today, Section 51 of The Australian Constitution says,
“The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to:
…
(xxiii) invalid and old age pensions;
(xxiiiA) the provision of maternity allowances, widows' pensions, child endowment, unemployment, pharmaceutical, sickness and hospital benefits, medical and dental services (but not so as to authorize any form of civil conscription), benefits to students and family allowances; “I kindly urge you Senators of this Committee to notice that the very first type of pension mentioned at Section 51(xxiii) is INVALID PENSION.
Not Old-age Pension but INVALID PENSION.
Every single OHS employment position in Australasia should be occupied by an INVALID PENSIONER.
EmploymentGiven that successive governments have sold out the Sovereignty of Australia and Australians why not stop funding some of the greatest non essential drains on Australia’s wealth like universities and education generally?
Once it was provided to those that wanted to learn, and a parent found the money, and not because they were fodder to some ideology, but now it is set up to destroy us.
THE FUTURE
Security of AustraliaI cannot understand why every single person that receives an Australian pension, whether INVALID or OAP, and spends any time overseas does not have to report back to Australia whether monthly or 3 monthly at a minimum.
I look at what happens overseas, whether child molesters or rip off Australians, and I call them out. But I am at risk of getting my head blown away. And you better believe it. And I will not stop.
And, believe it or not, there is a cadre of folk in the SE Asian Triangle that would be there to support Australia in any way shape or form.
Pension BenefitsI think successive governments have allowed too much to aged people of means.
If someone makes a will that directly benefits a younger generation then that is okay.
But when it becomes an instance whereby some folk can get ‘pension benefits’ at the expense of others then there is something wrong with taxation laws and it is proven that taxation department workers have subverted the law.
Given the public revelations of a small minority of DSP recipients whom have gone overseas to wage a war then why is there no public inquiry as to how they were granted a pension?
If there is a problem with the allocation of the INVALID PENSION then why is there no Royal Commission into the activities and decision processes of Centrelink?
