Just received a reply back from fiona nash.
( National Party of Australia in the Australian Senate for the state of New South Wales since 1 July 2005 and has served as the Deputy Leader of the party since 2008. Nash was appointed as Assistant Minister for Health in the Abbott Government on 18 September 2013.)
I can't copy it as it's in a pdf file, but it's exactly the same rubbish we getting over and over again. Shocking!!! frustrating!
I must have been delusional expecting something else.

You're actually doing quite well in reply time, regardless of the content. I sometimes waited 4 or 5 months even for that type of rubbish.

I think you are doing a mighty job. Thx. I replied to them, demanding a proper answer. They won''t like it. The email address I replied to is <correspondence@dss.gov.au> not sure where it will end up. Ohh bugger, what a stupid question, in the rubbish bean of course. Doesn't matter, I will continue bombarding them till someone will open his ears! whatever it takes! does someone knows who are those senators which are in the senate committee and are labor & greens?

this email is actually so stupid, it's say that ... "other working-age payments, like DSP and carer payment, have limited portability, to allow recipients who permanently reside in AU reasonable time to deal with family crisis or personal matters that may arise from time to time overseas..."
This sentence alone could be questioned easily at any court. So according to this official statement 4 weeks/12 month should be enough to deal with family crisis, etc. , and time to time mean once and once only in 12 month, so what if there is a crisis in Jan , ok that can be dealt with, what if there is another one in June? From time to time, yes, make sure you tell your folks to have one 1 crisis per year, either personal related or from natural disaster!
Who the f. determines how much time is enough to deal with crisis situation? A doctor, a psychologist, or rather a psychopath?
I keep on hassling that local senator here, mclucas. It's not so easy to get rid of me ;-)
