If you have a work capacity of 8 hours or more. That is 8 hours and 1 minute, you will be required to participate in Centrelink interviews and develop a participation plan.
I guess they think well your over 8 hours, lets support you and see what you can do.
Maybe you can do more. yeh right!
Also for those over 35, there is a 2 year window that allows you to work 15 hours a week or more for 2 years and keep part pension.
After 2 years, suggest you go back to less than 15 hours to satisfy the test, CITW.
So its like this, if you worked more than 15 hours a week, in a two year period, you will lose the DSP.
The law is clear, unable to work 15 hours a week, to get DSP, among other things.
