Murphy - I'm going to see if I can get some legal advice because one thing I do have are multiple reports that supported my TPD Workers Comp and Fairwork claims. Most are medico legal. Ironically due to TPD I will probably not be able to get either legal aid or pro bono but for i will do everything i can to follow this through.

So if anyone knows a 'compassionate' lawyer who would consider taking a case like this i would be happy to consider it.

Firstly. GGGGRRRRROOOOWWWLLLLL! How much as your case cost the tax payer. Far more than the difference saved in DSP and dole. Satan lawyers get big dollars i imagine. Just to remind all that for me to get U.P. it cost them at least $250,000.00 was my barristers estimate in 2008 and there were more hearings after that until 2013. And it aint finished yet even now. What state are you in tasjo? As i have said before to others, give the law institute in your capital a call and explain your story. They will give you some law firms names and they will at least give you 30 minutes free to tell your saga and will help if they think you are correct. ask for pro bono. I had a list at the time and the first one i rang helped me. Hang in there as the tunnel light will soon appear.

There are more and more self represented litigants at Federal Court. While you may not qualify for representation, WRC might look over any documents you file with the court.
It seems like Satanlink is playing the odds you won't go to Court should the AAT appeal fail.
I wish we had statistics on how many Satanlink Federal Court appeals are settled. WRC used to have an excellent track record of getting Satan to back down pre-court, but of course now they've been so stripped of funding that Satan is having a field day bluffing and bullying non-lawyers/advocates.

Yet doctors certificates have been accepted for decades by employers for sick leave and what else is that but an assessment of the ability to work?

Since acquiring my disability I have been through Fed Circuit Court, Workers Comp Tribunal and 3 insurance claims- if clink thinks i will back down regardless of if i have to go self represented they should give themselves a wake up call!

Saw Welfare Rights yesterday... she was more positive than I feel about the JCA review and they 'may' be able to provide representation at the tribunal. I have also contacted an MP to at least work out why my NS seems wrong.

You're doing everything right, I cannot think of any box you're leaving unticked.
Try to relax, it's just about waiting now.

To be honest right now I'm more concerned about why I cant shift a cough and whether I have any inflammation on my lungs/chest... thank you for all the support, I cant think of anything else I could do either.

G'day tasjoBeing stressed can contribute to the bodies inability to deal with what would have been something 'normal' which then feeds into the stress cycle. Merely a suggestion but put aside some time each day to 'blank' your mind whether it be listening to music, preferably the gentle kind, or even meditation. I find reading books on my tablet helps me to zone out but whatever works for you. Sometimes a bloody good cry can release a lot of stress as well. All the best and take care of yourself. Cheers Denis

I have a trick I use occasionally, I envisage the bad thought then mentally rub it out with a child's school eraser. But then I may be getting that decrepit I'm just forgetting stuff naturally....

Thanks Denis... I draw for relaxation and play music... takes me 'away' from reality for a while so have been making sure I make some time each day to do them. Dear tasjoI would love to see your drawings. What music do you like? I know from personal experience that it is hard to stay centered. Banjo can probably tell you how I skittered around on this website. I spent a few years in Launceston. My Grandmother did her millinery apprenticeship at Zeehan while her family worked in the mines down there and her Mother ran a boarding house at Strahan. Cheers Denis
