Well phone call happens, mainly to talk about the decision by the ARO officer, and what law it applies to.
Then gave my half an hour of firing my cannons.
Now I have to wait upto 14 days.

Hi All,
Sorry for my lengthy absence.
Been fighting the good fight lately.
I have received an update to the Tribunal decision today, they are ruling in our favor, from 20th of October 2017.
I will post a slightly more detailed reply tomorrow at some point.
But physically and mentally relieved.
Always do the necessary paperwork, and always record the information that you receive from Centrelink.
They still have 28 days to delay the decision.

Thanks Denis.
THE DECISION:
The tribunal sets aside the decision under review and, in substitution, decides that the conditions for the section 24 discretion in the Act to be exercised have been met and I is NOT to be treated as a member of a couple from 20th of October 2017.
1 single paragraph for entire 14 pages.

Well done Zing as you once again prove just how corrupt/immoral the system is. I suggest you now put in a claim under Act of Grace for compensation. Welfare rights could probably help you with it.

I'll breathe easy for now and hope the twenty-eight days come & go without incident zingzingzingAny appeal would just be done out of spite, as the tribunal has been fully loaded with LNP types and a win nowadays is a win indeed. Cheers bear
