will you be there also denis? The more shareholders attending the better to keep the board on their toes. Maybe an election for a new administrator if we can get a quorum. Maybe we'll all fall asleep without the beer. I'll vote for that early arvo. This will all be planned around the CEO's travel plans it would seem. I can arrive either the day before or a.m. on the 18th. But i think for the most part this is a party to celebrate the arrival of bear after all these years.

Late morning or early afternoon suits me, we usually meet around 12.30 depending on my arrival time from Chiang Rai. I'll leave earlier than usual but will have to park my car and check in the hotel.

Are you going to stay a night? I was thinking back to Rai the same day. No worries then, we have a full 24 hours at least to caters to all our drinking needs.

Driving 400kms in a day, even with a decent break half way, is largely to be avoided now days. I have other business to attend to as well so an over night suits me.

LOL Love to be there nomadic but no I can't make it for this one. But I expect a photo of you mob even if it's a PM. I'll give you my proxy vote for the board nomadic and I vote for the current set up. If there is to be a board meeting next year I could do Bangkok (Cebu -> Manila -> Bangkok) but Cebu to Chang Mai takes me through Singapore Singapore would be good. But hey. Fantastic you will be here bear.

Cheers Denis-NFA It's been a long time coming! But whoever they are; they say all good things come to those who wait. And I decided ten years ago I wanted to retire in Thailand, and for all of the Portability Legislation BS, I guess you're only officially retired when you get OAP. bear

A nice meet up yesterday, actually two, we met up for dinner afterwards. At one stage we had five members there plus a late apology. Dinner was at Nat's Bistro, reasonably priced well prepared Thai food made from fresh ingredients that we all enjoyed. www.facebook.com/Nats-Bistro-1677497609204212/

Not real Aussies anymore though. Only 2 drinkers out of 5. But both lunch and dinner were very Aloi = delicious. And no mention of a hostile takeover of the board as it's in good hands. Like Hun Sen in Cambodia. CEO for life. Only down side was that i had the runs this morning real bad but luckily managed to get home OK. Beer and curry is best laxative i know of.

I'd be more inclined to blame what you had for lunch, we all had some of everything served at the bistro.
