I received information from the investigation into my allegations about my disability employment service yesterday afternoon. For 6 months, the employee delegated by On-Q HR to liaise with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner dodged all of his phone calls. She finally rang him back on the day before she was to go off on maternity leave.
Despite her efforts to evade the investigator, he did manage to inform her via email that On-Q HR had acted improperly in contacting my Osteopath without first having me sign a consent form. She replied, off the record, that they did have an email from me granting same consent. Without asking to see a copy of same email, which does not exist, the Privacy Commissioner decided that I had no case.
The Privacy Commissioner had also obtained agreement from DEEWR that On-Q HR had no right to create an employment pathway plan which nominated assisting me to apply for DSP as its main objective. They state that this does not address the barriers which were preventing me from finding work, nor are employment agencies - disability or otherwise, contracted to assist a client to apply for a different welfare payment than what they are on. They also stated that disability employment services have no charter to assist with DSP applications, and therefore have had no training on how they are prepared. So they had no business sticking their nose into my DSP application at all.
Yet DEEWR recently informed me that since On-Q HR had given me more help then they would have to any other client, that I should be grateful instead of angry.
I am so disgusted by it all. These television shows portraying us as the dishonest ones are really starting to get up my nose, knowing how corrupt Centrelink are, and that the departments designed to keep them honest and to protect us, are doing the complete opposite.

It's a war Spacey, and they look upon us as the enemy; dishonest, lazy and undeserving while they see themselves as the government equivalent of Mother Theresa. It's through groups like this that the small people have support and a voice; the current media campaign attacking pensioners and other welfare recipients is just an ongoing way of justifying what they do. Now, more than ever before, we have to make sure we are heard.

I have become so sickened by it all, I have spent the morning trying to research the Freeman Society. People who have banded together to deny authority over them by corrupt and illegal governments.
I no longer intend to obey laws, which are imposed and enforced on the little people, while those in charge become more corrupt than ever before.
You are right though Banjo. We need to create a petition advising the government that those of us who are in receipt of DSP, will not be attending any disability employment services, until something has been done to keep them honest. However, I guess that anyone who dared to sign it, would suddenly find that their benefit is cut off.
While various departments were evading my complaints, because I was able to prove them all, it seems I was the one being investigated - again.
One sheet of paper which stood out among the documents I received states that audits have been completed on me this year. When I first applied for DSP and complained about corruption with same, my records were sent to 'Business Inegrity' for audit. I do not know if this is because all DSP applicant's are subject to same, or it is because I dared to complain. So I was audited in July 2010.
However, I seem to have also been audited again in July 2011. These audits involved not only my Centrelink records, but also Medicare records and those of ACT Dept of Disability, Housing and Community Services.
Other audits listed, by not marked as finalised include:
14/7/2010 Australian Customs & Border Protection Service 22/11/2010 Dun & Bradstreet Australia Pty Ltd 29/11/2010 ACT Department of Education and Training (?? Have not done any courses) 8/12/2010 Tasmanian Collection Service (an internet bill I did not pay, as I always intended to bill On-Q HR for it. The connection cost was $160, and On-Q HR ensured I was evicted after only 3 months. Therefore I felt they should pay not only the connections costs, but since most of the phone calls were to government and legal centres trying to get some action taken against On-Q HR, they were liable for those charges as well).

ACA ran a story on Monday night about welfare cheats. I commented on their website the next morning, asking why they only report on one side of the coin, while choosing not to report on corrupt decisions by Centrelink which ruin people's lives. Their moderator chose not to post the comment. In fact they claim they had no comments at all on the story. Yet here they are defending their right to vilify welfare recipients, and promising to do it more often. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyeyrEngkLEThe corporate media is not our friend or the friend of any other ordinary Australian. By choice I watch little commercial television, their constant attacks on welfare recipients, environmentalists, trade unions, socialists etc and total refusal to show anything resembling... as you say, the other side of the coin makes Neighbours and Supercook shows a better use of TV watching time. The print media is no better, but when you write your body language isn't influencing readers. I read the papers to keep my hatred of them fresh with out having to watch their lackeys dance and sing like performing clowns.

Good on you spacey! Please keep all of your records, never know we may be able to use it one day against the staff at C/L who are committing this fraud. I do not condone Fraud of any kind and I think its about time C/L exposed the fraud being committed by its staff......DO NOT cover up for them Centrelink.

Thanks Banker. Ready to give up though. I always say you cannot sort out problems with a liar, as they just keep changing their lie. Same with Centrelink, once you complain about corruption, they just send your details to their most corrupt officers, which gives you no chance of an honest result.
The piles of paperwork that I have amassed, are just a waste of paper and toner. Piles upon piles of bullshit, written by assholes, protecting their fellow assholes. Excuse the language, but I am a bit pissed off today.
It also seems that the Privacy Commissioner's Office delayed sending me the information I requested, until my time limit to appeal their decision had expired.

Thanks for the support again, Banker. They didn't really win anyway, as I was only going to take it to the Federal Court as a review of an administrative decision because I thought that would be the cheapest way, because an appeal is always a 'right'. Its outrageously expensive to take a case there, and they even check out your bank account, assets and available credit, to make sure you can afford to pay for it if you loose! Pensioners can apply to have fees waived or reduced. Maybe that's why they have been auditing my debts lately, so they could demonstrate to the court that I just can't afford a case. But I do still have the option to take it all there as a compensation case for breach of contract. The information the Privacy Commissioner extracted from DEEWR, strengthens my case, but I would not have been able to get it from them myself. I can take it to the Federal Court, nominating myself as my own lawyer which then requires the other side are not allowed to use one either. This eliminates them being able to have their legal costs awarded against you. The maximum amount I could be awarded in that arena is $40,000. Recently I tried to get DEEWR to settle out of court for that amount, threatening that if they didn't I would take all three of them to the court seeking same from all. The JCA company, the corrupt disability employment agency and DEEWR themselves. They haven't responded yet, lol. But, I couldn't be bothered with all the paperwork at the moment. Working on it all stresses me out and aggravates my illnesses. I would prefer to have a good no win/no pay lawyer take it on for me, and win us both a fortune. Not for the financial gain, but for the publicity highlighting their corruption. Its time our side got one up on the scoreboard. Or, I might just take the easy way, and send it all of to their compensation process. However, I wouldn't hold much hope of receiving much, once their fellow public servants are put on the job of assessing the claim.

Ron is still trying to get C/L into court. An excerpt from his recent post: National Press Club confronted with secret breaching fatalities and other Centrelink secretsTo all intents and purposes, the Gillard Government has been caught out trying to balance next year’s budget by brazenly ripping the nation's most disadvantaged and vulnerable citizens, i.e. welfare recipients and sometime between now and the 2013 election, those activities are going to the subject of close scrutiny in a court challenge to the ACMA's flat refusal to investigate Ms Plibersek's action because she is a federal politician. Fair dinkum! That is the official ACMA excuse for its hand off policy concerning Ms Plibersek's involvement in this media supported rip-off and it opens the door to similar (secretly classified confidential) excuses by the AFP in 2004 and 2009 being scrutinized by the court. On 16th May 2011, Centrelink's general manager, Hank Jongen, was mouthing off "We will get you" statements during a 7 Network Today Tonight broadcast. Considering that Mr. Jongen was ripping of welfare recipients by concealing the 6 week rule and other frauds that had resulted in welfare recipients being ripped off to the tune of $10 Billion when the Howard Government was in power, Mr. Jongen's comments were extremely hypocritical to say the least. Tanya Plibersek may be out of Centrelink but Hank Jongen is not and therefore he is now target #1 when the subpoenas are issued. Hank Jongen can expect to be involved in extensive cross examination about the many and various ways in which Centrelink has helped to rip-off welfare recipients virtually since its inception in 1997. However, the most interesting issue for cross examination will probably be the following statement from Centrelink's Assistant Secretary Neil Skill who, in a letter dated 18 May 2010 wrote: "Centrelink does not collect post breaching terminal outcome statistics and therefore cannot provide this information". Centrelink's powerful database allows this information to be collected and reported in real-time, daily, weekly monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually. The database is also able to annually accrue and tally these fatalities over a period of decades. DSS and Centrelink annual reports contain copious amount of statistical data; however every report released by the DSS and Centrelink since breaching legislation first came into force decades ago conspicuously contain no data relating to the humanitarian impact of breaching activity. There is no shortage of data about the numbers of breaches issued and the massive savings achieved by this activity, but there is not one single word about the many lives lost due to breaching activity. Perhaps this is because some of these fatalities violate South Australia's Felony Murder statute? Whatever the reason for the official complacency surrounding these deaths, there are clear parallels with the Queensland Dr Death case that involved 87 deaths at the Toowoomba Base Hospital in Queensland 10 years ago. yadnarie48.wordpress.com/2012/02/11/national-press-club-confronted-with-secret-breaching-fatalities-and-other-centrelink-secrets/He seems to feel that Plibersek has been given a new portfolio, to avoid being charged in a court of law for allowing so much corruption within C/L. Wouldn't surprise me if that is true. I feel even more sorry for us now that she is in charge of Health.

Pension boost starts today 20 March 2013 Around 3.5 million Australian pensioners will receive a boost to their household budgets from today with an increase in the pension and the start of the new Clean Energy Supplement. From today, single pensioners on the maximum rate will receive an extra $35.80 per fortnight. Pensioner couples on the maximum rate will receive an increase of $54.00 per fortnight combined. Following the latest increase, total pension payments for people on the maximum rate, including the base rate, Pension Supplement and new Clean Energy Supplement, are: $808.40 a fortnight for singles, and $1,218.80 a fortnight for couples combined. The new Clean Energy Supplement – part of the Household Assistance Package – means single pensioners will receive an extra $350 a year and pensioner couples will receive an extra $530 a year combined to help with their household bills. The Gillard Government is delivering for Australian pensioners because we know pensioners have limited room to move in their budgets. That’s why we delivered the single biggest boost to the pension in more than 100 years. That’s why we changed the indexation system – so the pension goes up to better reflect changes to pensioners’ cost of living. That’s why we are delivering the Household Assistance Package – so pensioners have extra support to make ends meet. Since our historic pension reforms in 2009, the maximum rate of the pension has increased by $207 a fortnight for singles and $236 a fortnight for couples combined. And the pension will keep going up under Labor. In contrast, the Liberals want to wreck the pension and make it harder for pensioners to manage their bills. They have promised to axe the Government’s Household Assistance Package – clawing back more than $1 billion a year in extra support that Labor is delivering to pensioners. Under an Abbott Government, every single pensioner in Australia would lose more than $350 a year and every pensioner couple would lose more than $530 a year. Labor will always stand up for Australia’s pensioners – Mr Abbott just wants to make it harder for pensioners. Labor’s pension reforms mean payments are increased twice a year to keep pace with the cost of living. Increases reflect growth in either the Consumer Price Index or the pensioner living cost index, whichever is higher. The rate is also benchmarked to Male Total Average Weekly Earnings. This pension increase in is driven by higher wages growth. From today, the Government is also reducing the deeming rates to better reflect returns available to pensioners from their financial investments, benefitting more than 740,000 part-rate pensioners. Other income support payments, such as Newstart Allowance and Parenting Payment are also indexed and recipients will receive an increase to their payments from today. They will also receive the new Clean Energy Supplement. Full details of all rates and thresholds indexed today: www.fahcsia.gov.au/about-fahcsia/benefits-payments/indexation-rates-march-2013
