Mental disorder is real. But there has been this bizarre ideological claim being pushed around that everyone who has experienced trauma and abuse and experiencing psychological effects from series of misfortunes or bad luck is firmly reduced to pesky chemical imbalances of the brain and genetics. Therefore must be treated with psychiatric medications usually long term or for life to restore the balance. It’s a great business model pharmaceutical companies in bed with both major parties. Mostly liberals because they receive generous donations usually before elections. They are able to put them on PBS. But because these mostly ineffective medications are being pushed and have such side effects like obesity, movement disorders, cognitive impairment, brain fog and feeling tired/sleepy most of the time it’s going a bit difficult to gain or keep a job. I don’t recommend anyone come off their drugs (although it can be done very slowly) because it is a requirement by Centrelink anyway. So if you come off slowly and experience a loss or grief in life in the future and become sad and experience symptoms again you will be reprimanded. But it’s ok to have episodes as long as you are on the drugs. www.theguardian.com/business/2018/sep/25/pharmaceutical-industry-donates-millions-to-both-australian-political-parties

Thanks for sharing that. There’s this interview with Professor John Read. He talks about the Case of a guy called Garth Daniels. The corruption and fraud in Victoria’s mental health system. How they change laws (and bypass them). youtu.be/ySpnthyErbwApparently it’s ok for the system to be unethical and mistreat it’s patients. That’s not the problem. The biggest concern is people on DSP, particularly those with mental health issues, they are really bad, they are the degenerates of society must be penalised at any moment possible. To ensure they are receiving the right payment.

Once they start enjectin ya ya farkkwd worse of Well, yes! While being doped up to the eyeballs and feeling pretty dam sluggish, Centrelink will refer you to one of the many lovely employment services there to help you find a job. Injections can be enforced when people stop the drugs abruptly because they are sick of the side effects. Thing is, anyone who takes these drugs and stops them abruptly will experience severe withdrawal symptoms. When that happens, they will say it’s your illness, it’s come back! And put you extra drugs and maybe another diagnosis or replacement diagnosis. It’s great for psychiatric services and great for employment services. They pocket pretty good out of it. While the person is disabled by both mental health issues and side effects and can’t find a job. While getting stick from society for being a useless drain on public funds. Apparently for the people experiencing this, it’s all their fault. Not the other way round 🙄 Mainstream Psychiatrists are pretty good at minimising the side effects of the drugs too, they rarely warn patients.

That line "Ensure they are getting the right payment is one of the most filthy of all the lies that is often spouted by Hank Jongen. So why are 200,000 disabled now on Newstart MR Jongen? Seems you don't ensure anything at all. Filthy lies are all you ever ensure.
