Religious insanity can only be the reason. No other logic is possible. Indeed. Some Christian groups believe in "The Rapture". Not sure is ScoMo's brand of Pentacostalism does.

That is approximately $230.00 per week, unbelieveable! Just think how that amount could help those families struggling to keep a roof over their heads with young children in tow...…. so cruel, and all the while some jobs are just not there anymore. Lots of manufacturing businesses closed, and of course many jobs sent abroad. They can't blame most of the unemployed for being unemployed!

l don't think Jacqui Lambie gives a stuff if the card hurts people she makes her decision on what she can get in making a deal with the liberals , for example if she can get the liberals to fund a huge project that will win her votes in Tasmania she will support the card in return, the only thing that would make her think twice is if she thinks she will lose lots of votes by backing it l emailed a few liberal polticans asking them if they plan a national expansion of the welfare card, l think they all have a standard bullsh..t answer going along the lines ' we are concerned about welfare cash fueled drug and alcohol abuse in society and we are looking at various ways to reduce it , the casheles welfare card is still in trial stage and being evaluated and based on success of the trials we will cosider further expasnion' that's pity much the answer l got from them all. You may well be correct Bunyip. But as one of her constituents I have to inform her of how I feel about this. I know that I can't stop the rollout if it comes to that. But I'm not going to just rollover either. I'll give her a reasonable time to reply, then I'll phone/email her again.

The only thing I know to do rainyday is to talk about it constantly to all who will listen, post & comment on social media if you are a user. Until push comes to shove and you finally need help; nobody really knows or understands the plight of Australia's vulnerable, or how close they actually are to being caught up in it. How good it would be to have a whole gathering awakened like you yourself were! Their shock would be palpable. How long would it take to reverberate around the country so the population and media could no longer ignore it? Just another rave through my rose coloured glasses; cheers bear

When the terminally ill cannot access a disability pension you really know that something is really wrong with the legislation that came into affect in 2012, and announced by Macklin. Libs then ran with it when they came into power, so they are just as bad. We need a new legislation that doesn't see the disabled abused and left on newstart.
I used to see Macklin handing out her voting cards many years ago in the locality I lived. I wonder where she disappeared to, would love to see her and tell her how I am now impacted by the legislation that she and the party endorsed. Never thought I would have to fight so hard to get on the correct payment!

She has retired as a millionaire on a massive DSP. She was clearly disabled though. Totally mad. I dealt with her office also. gutless and heartless beyond belief.

Really scary stuff. I still can't believe it will happen as it will cause a civil war. But maybe that's what they want. Kill off all the poor so there are only rich left. Then they will realise that you are not rich unless there are poor also. GROWLING big time as I watched these amazing low lives push these 100% lies on how everyone will benefit from it.

Video was same as one they posted in September. Oldish news but Lambie's recent opposition might be the hurdle we need to stop it happening.

She's the one who in future would enable changes made by Kevin Andrews, Scott Morrison and Christian Porter.

l read there may be a religious element to the card, Kevin Andrews, Scott Morrison and Christian Porter and a lot of the liberals are evangelical christains, they probably think they are doing Gods work Keeping the masses away from vices like drink and gambling, not that theres any real evidence at all the card prevents drink, drugs of gambling, the indpendant auditor general report declared the card a failure making no difference to drink drugs gambling, also they seem to think its only people on welfare payments that drink gamble take drugs when its more likely to be people with jobs who have the money for these things, TOny Abbot said he went to parliament totally drunk and had a drinking problem, but his rich and powerful so they don't think someone like him would need the card
