While RTA would know she is on DSP due to her concession card they wouldnt have any other details of her disability due to not having access to Centrelink systems.
The declaration on the licence is more related to third party insurance, if she was to have an accident while driving and hadnt declared she was 'fit to drive' I believe the RTA may deem the person uninsured/unlicenced.
I believe the cancellation of the DSP was an administrative error at the same time as the application for the low income HCC and the RTA renewal would not trigger anything with Centrelink.

YES she does. but she doesnt drive at all. but she is worried to lose her licence. if i say yes they probably want her to do a disability driving test which is not necessary as she doesnt drive

There are other forms of identification, like the Birth Card. That's what I use.

WELL she got her licence when was 19. now she is almost 40. i dont know why she is worried. on the otherhand to obtain a licence she had paid for an instructor and passed the driving test second time so her worries are reasonable too, when someone achived something after hard work then to lose it. i told the same thing to her. i will talk to a lawyer about this otherwise it seems complicated.

Which is "Alternative photo ID that you can use as proof of age or identity."

I was just issued a form to take to my local GP to verify the medication I was on wouldn’t affect my driving ability. I’m also on benzodiazepine medication incase your worrying about that, it’s my responsibility to ensure if I take a Benzodiazepine I do not drive if affected by medication as is the case with any medication and operating a vehicle.

thanks Cert for the info. but when RTA sent the renewal form to my wife they didnt send any forms to take to GP. SO if necessary they would send it withthe renewal form right? if they havent sent it i shouldnt bother informing them about her condition as she doesnt drive at all. by the way we havent got a dsp parking permit maybe thats why RTA Dont bother. so if i renew her license online as normal her payments will not be affected right?

Correct mate, your treating doctor would inform RTA if they had any concern and request a medical review
