You have to go down to Mindanao to see the good old days of pirating, the Caribbean was an old folks holiday resort compared to the Sulu Sea. Check out Zamboanga City and it's old Spanish forts.

guys this sucks. they just keep putting it up and up. hard now with the 6week rule.
so we get to stay 30 days, we need 42 days (approx). whats the fee to stay the extra 12 days (or 2 months extra or whatevers available),or do you have to get the card with all the above fees?
if so, it would probably be cheaper to fly out and back in and just get another 30 days on a cebu pacific promo or something...

I have always attended Dumaguete BI office because they are very helpful....
The only thing that I did on my first visit was to take some McDonalds hamburgers and soft drinks for the 2 front office people....
The ACR-I card still takes 4 weeks but its sent back from Manila.
