Is it possible to contact them anonimously. Call me paranoid but I don,t trust them! You don't need to give them your name, they are fine with that. Don't expect the officer to give you theirs or a receipt number for the call though.

All emailing them really does is give them your phone number and create a ring back situation. I've never received a personal email from Centrelink, they say it's "not secure".

If you email them they will have your email address, so you might as well call them.
