When I finally got UP it actually tasted like French Champagne. But please Denis I am not a sir or in the army so all you need to do is toast and say good luck to those still trying to get their questions answered. But thanks for the good thoughts anyway. Sadly the fight continues for far too many.

I sent a small letter to ACOSS about my situation and threw in a nice little fact that on the forms I had a due date exactly 28 days from my notification of a review, which is fine. Then I got a second letter last week with a date, manually highlighted in yellow, indicating a submission date five days less than what was printed on the forms. It may be an error on their part. But it is more food for thought regarding the needless extra stress while undergoing a review.

Adequate notice to obtain evidence is part of procedural fairness. Have you considered a complaint to Satanlink's complaint line? Thank you for drawing this to ACOSS attention. Perhaps they will speak up for DSPers in relation to this.

PS." Satanlink." That's made my day.

Yes, it's good advice to keep your stress to the lowest amount possible during review. I just saw red when I heard of their reducing your time to produce evidence. Definitely save any complaint for when you are safely through.

Good news at least Senator Siewert is re-elected. Does have some relevance in this thread particularly.

I'm hopeful she might keep chasing the algorithm but as I've already sent her two emails I don't want to keep hammering that angle with her.

Charmaine from ACOSS just replied to my email and she has taken an interest in my progress. Although I've been in limbo until today. C/L contacted me and wanted me to take a photo copy of my debit card. anyway there was no mention of that in my forms and the document's instructions. So I went down to Centrelink and they made me wait for 30mins. when I was finally called out the guy was shaking his head as he said "it would have taken the front counter two seconds to do this task." I just shook my head and explained "I covered everything with you previously at the desk when you checked over that I had my documents in order over 2 weeks ago." His reply was that, "he has never been asked to photo copy an ATM card before for these types of reviews." " It's a new one to me." he said.
Anyway lets see what happens next as Charmaine was sincere and offered to help if they reject me. She seemed very concerned about people being reviewed and sent on a New start payment and the stress they are causing.

Hi All, I would like to inform you all of a march on parliament in Canberra on the 14th August 2018. Please contact AAPG ..Australian Age Pensioner Group for the finer details. Its for all on DSP,Age pension or any sort of welfare like unemployment. We have to stop the degrading of our benefits by the Liberals and LAbor. It is for a pay rise and unlimited Portability that they seem to have just taken away . Pensioners are taking weeks and months to even apply for the pension and DSP, well Thats impossible. Pensioners for pensioners .Time for action as none of the parties even menion us.

they don't need to save money though. if they can afford to spend $300,000 on army cooperation with the genocidal Myanmar army then they have money to spare. No morals but plenty of easy money for anyone who wants it.
