they don't need to save money though. if they can afford to spend $300,000 on army cooperation with the genocidal Myanmar army then they have money to spare. No morals but plenty of easy money for anyone who wants it. Exactly, they always waste heaps of $$$ for killing operations etc, which is normally totally unnecessary in the very 1st place, except to take part in someone else's agenda.

If you happen to be in Canberra on the 14th of August 2018 at Parliament house there is a rally for all on Pensions or unemployed or just concerned citizens. Its under the banner of Australian Aged Pensioner group and another pensioner group If you can attend it will send a message that enough is enough. Sick,Disabled, old or young unemployed are forgotten. Lets remind them please. Here is the web site so you can have a read. Please let every one know. www.aapgroup.org/

If there was a parallel rally in Brisbane I would definitely go. Unfortunately I cannot afford to go to Canberra, nor would I wish to at that time of year....the night-time temperature would still only be about 2 degrees.

Sorry, At this stage not many pensioners can afford to fly to canberra. Even worse they need paid members to get a minister into parliament to block these draconian changes to pensions. No one seems to be interested. I am a paid member and thats because our current crop of crooks made changes to the system so you need 550 paid members to become a party.

The only problem is nomadic you can only be a member of ONE party at a time I think. Don't quite know where that leaves me! I joined PUP (Palmer United Party) a while back and thought that all went belly up so I joined Pensioners & Veterans Party. Today PUP advised they've changed their name and without consent transferred my membership. Never mind pensioners & veterans say you have to be in Australia to be part of their party. PUP or whatever it's called now are probably the same. And I'm not; in Australia. Cheers bear

On the 14th of August the rally for pensioner,DSP and welfare rights beings on the steps of Parliament Canberra.ITs for DSP ,unemployed and pensioners that have been hard hit by the Liberal National Party and the stony silence from Labor and the minor parties. I know many are over seas and cannot attend. So i encourage you to email or phone your local member on that day of the rally to show solidarity . Its a chance to do something before they completely wipe out our right to a decent life and wage. MAny thanks to you all Dave
