I think I'm missing something. These are just the impairment tables?

I think I'm missing something. These are just the impairment tables? If you read the decision in conjunction with the tables , then it becomes more clear as to why he lost his DSP ... He stopped taking his medication years ago bad move . I've said it before here I'm a former Psychiatric Nurse , and to stop taking medication for Mental health disorders is downright dangerous , and then to admit it . The rest is self explanatory !!!!

Yeah, the above tables helped me a lot getting my 20 points on one table. The AGS lawyer must have asked me 90 times if I could do something and I kept referring him back to: "When determining whether a descriptor applies that involves a person performing an activity, the descriptor applies if that person can do the activity normally and on a repetitive or habitual basis and NOT only once or rarely".

The decisions seem to often ignore the habitual or repetitive component. A JCA says they saw the claimant do a particular activity during a 50 minute interview, and suddenly that means they can do it whenever they wish.
