Case conference was held today and even the lawyer admitted that the table had been incorrectly applied and I should have had 20 points on one table, but then went on to say that the supporting evidence did not clearly enough support 20 points... will be getting new letters in relation to what was raised and a 2nd conference on 8 June.
For anyone applying under a Program of Support Exemption be aware that the Exemption must be relevant to before you apply for DSP or it wont be considered relevant.

So... I am debating reapplying for DSP using the same info as I have now submitted over the time of my application... Do you think its risky to do so? I'm going to make sure that all my info relates to my original application date and that everything is also submitted to the AAT. I'm wondering if an approval now will be of benefit at the next AAT call or not? Any thoughts?

One shouldn't have any impact on the other. The AAT should be making a decision on if you were qualified at the original claim date and the new DSP claim will be judged as of the new claim date.
So old original claim date versus the new original claim date.
Could get a bit hairy if the AAT says as of the old original date you were qualified for DSP and Centrelink denies the new DSP application.
From my experience, Centrelink will override an AAT decision on the basis of a new claim and JCA.

That's one thing I was concerned about - Centrelink have consistently given me less impairment points than the AAT.

We need to know whether it's possible with withdraw the new application if you choose to. You'd certainly think so. Welfare Rights has, in the past, advised people to have a second application running, particularly where new/better medical evidence has come to light outside the thirteen week period.
