bear, because water may not be water before security. But after I went through in K.L. one time and got a new one they also took that off me before boarding. I was angry, to say the least as I tried to skull it. Yes, shares came to my mind also.

Denis-NFASounds like a plan man! So you don't need to be stamped in anywhere, just out of the Philippines? Bizarro world. Cheers bear LOL....(in my yoda voice) "knowing is world is bizarro". When I went to Hong Kong for same reason 3 years ago I was horrified that they didn't stamp me in or out when I headed into the city. As Australian citizens we get visa free days.

I think those free tours are only if you are in transit and dont actually go through immigration. The train (MRT) into town is cheap and you need to change at Tanah Merah. Kallang is on the way and has good (Cheap) Indian restaurants. They laughed at me and kicked sand in my eyes. The world is not in a good place. Thank you for your advice. Cheers Denis

Thats so expensive, or is it a return ticket?. I like to play chess when im travelling, especially on airplanes as you need to have the sound soooo loud when you put headphones on and try to watcha movie on a plane, i worry it damages your ears. Chess.com have an app and you can play against the built in computer when you are offline and in the air. Its pretty good for eating up time when travelling, im not much of a reader nowadays, i have to keep rereading the same paragraphs, good for making you sleepy though. How do you spend time when travelling Denis?. After you posed this I took note of what I do. Sometimes I sit and think. Sometimes I sit! But I'm always looking. Cheers Denis PS Thanks for the Chess reference.

So how many gin slings have you had? Sitting with one is better than just sitting. No need to think, just enjoy.

Do you know what concerns me?
When I left the Philippines they took a photo of me and I had to give them my finger print.
When I got to Singapore I was again photographed and supplied further, but different, finger print.
Given that anyone can break into a 'gubmin' data base then how do I know how safe I am from deep government types?
George Orwell wrote some books that reflected 'stuff'.
