If so, you could possibly have found a sponsor by then. Depending on your plans, a guesthouse may even be prepared to sponsor you. All the best with it, hope you can work something out. Cheers bear

Do you know if you can get them back to back? Just another possible option. 3. for retirement purposes – foreign citizens can retire to Indonesia provided that they are at least 55 years old and have sufficient funds; www.companyformationindonesia.com/obtain-residence-permit-in-indonesia KITAS Retirement VisaRetirement visa Indonesia. This visa is irrelevant to a business owner or entrepreneur. However, if you are 55 years of age or older, and wish to spend your retirement in Indonesia, you may enter Indonesia first on a tourist visa and then apply for KITAS retirement visa after a month. With this visa, you can live in Indonesia for consecutive years and enter or exit the country as many times as you would like. You can also get a local bank account and hire a driver or maid. However, you should have no plan of working at all in Indonesia. Retirement visa is popular among expats living in Bali. Read more about its requirements. At least it's named correctly; only the elites or digital nomads can afford it. It's biggest drawcard, is that it's not age compliant. Want to splash the cash, anyone can apply; and here in the country as well.

I think kitas is roughly 500/700$ per yyear Yeah ok, and on a par to using an agent here! Certainly cheaper by a country mile compared to the Elite.
