I didn't get any letters from Centrelink regarding my DSP. But, "better safe than sorry". I would like to be prepared in case of my pension review. I'm looking for the official table and required points, advice what to expect at the interview, how to prepare for one, etc. I know that a letter from my GP and psychiatrist doesn't mean much these days, although I am seeing both of them on a regular basis (for the last 15 years). If somebody could post a few useful links and tips, I would be very grateful. Thank's.

" Being prepared is always good practice, though if you haven't been reviewed in the last five years, I suggest they've basically put you into the severely disabled catergory. Cheers bear"
Are they still even reviewing people with random reviews or only if people do something to trigger a review like getting a part time job? l have'nt been reviewed since l was granted the DSP in 2008, does that mean l am most likely in the severely disabled category? and probably never have to worry about a review, also do you think they are more likely to review people in capital cities where there are more jobs and programs rather then people who live in the bush or that makes no difference

I was granted DSP October 2000. I was reviewed December January 2002-3 and never heard from them again until November 2017 when they contacted me to changeover to OAP. Of further note, from 2008 onward I travelled OS as the regulations allowed. Prior to this I wasn't even aware we could do such a thing. It's not something they seem to advertise........ I lived 40 klm from a regional centre with a large Centrelink office and 4.5 klm from a small town with a Centrelink branded service centre. I use the 5 year analogy as this is the period you have to satisfy as part of the UP process to be seen as severely disabled with NFWC. Cheers bear
