Taken from yahoo Questions. Asking again. What do I have to do to prove to Centrelink that I have parylizing back and knee injuries? Asking again because I'm wanting serious help and adding more information. I have loads of medical evidence, Including ct scan and x ray results, Also Doctor & physiotherapy reports. Yet they still refuse to accept that I have these injuries and keep denying my medical certificates. I can't move without risk of temporary paralization it's been 2 weeks 1 day unable to walk so far this time and on going. Yet they still try to make me work 22 hours a week and keep switching me around job agencies because they can't help me. They say that I'm to high risk. So what can I do for Centrelink to take proper notice? I'm at the point of doing something stupid because the pain is agonizing. I have appealed several times but still nothing happens. Everything I hand over mysteriously disappears.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20121113192717AA83Nfb

We have seen many cases of people putting their papers into C/L, then when they return C/L just say they cant find them that they have been lost. This happened to a friend of mine when he applied for his OAP. I read a report about the complaints going to the Ombudsman and a lot of the complaints were from people that C/L had lost their papers. This seems to be a stall tactic that C/L are using in the hope that people will just give up and move on.
This is the reason I advise everyone to keep a copy of any document they lodge at C/L, also try & get the C/L officer to sign & date the copy for you.
