Sounds likes (only from looking at website and staff) People with Disability (pwd.org.au) - which is a false advocacy service. They exist to fund their employees and there is little to no advocacy. But they get a nice federal grant each year.
Yeah, I'm open to being wrong, but let's see outcomes to determine if advocate and service is a verb in their view.

These people (Welfare Rights) work hard and often go unappreciated. They cover a surprising range of issues as well, back in the day I had a compensation pay out from a previous employer, the state government, and ran the offer past WR for reasons I cannot remember but they immediately pointed out that the amount for loss of future earnings would effect my Centrelink payments. I took it back to my lawyer, who had missed this completely, and he went back to the State and they changed the whole payment to pain and suffering which did not affect my pension. It wasn't much but probably saved me a couple of grand.
