Hello Eviac, I was not aware that "carers" could be required to undertake a JCA. That does not make sense. I suppose if you are applying to follow the person you are caring for overseas to a non-agreement country, a person already granted portability to live overseas due to "severe disability", then they might require you to undergo an JCA. But that is pointless, and makes no sense to me, unless you have already proven to them you too have a severe disability. Anyway, we'll sort it out.

It's not really well organised Tarana, unfortunately human nature being what it is we often get side tracked on unrelated issues. Most of the IP stuff is reasonably straight forward though so if you get stuck, just ask.
