Baking Soda as its known around Asia has many uses, some of the ones I use it for and have for many years. General cleaning around the house. Cleaning your teeth, it is the base for smokers toothpaste. Put a small amount on a shelf in the fridge will take away bad odors Tea spoon of B.S in a glass of water every morning will stop further Gout attacks. 1 Table spoon in a glass of water will clean the gut of any bad bacteria. Many years ago about 22, I had bad pain in the lower gut to the point where I went to the hospital only to be given a soapy enema by a male nurse who was GAY. This was in Thailand and because I was so young and hamsom I kept telling this guy I was not available, but it did fix the gut. The Dr told me it is often caused by bad sea food. I have had the same problem again a few times and I fix it by taking a large spoon of B.S in a glass of water it really cleans the gut out , I prefer this to having the gay nurse putting the hard word on me but if it should happen again I will give him BANJO's phone number. ;D You can google the Baking soda and see there are many uses for it, The one thing it wont fix is my shit F$%KING internet connection.

Some years back I was employed by a Thai Chemist in Thailand to do research on wood vinegar, This has many uses but the quality all depends on the tree that they are cooking, its a by product of when they make charcoal. At the uni in Rockhampton Qld they were doing research and looking at it as a cure for cancer I am not sure of the outcome. This is another product you can google for more info. Oh yes The Thai Chemist was not GAY but a beautiful 26 Y.O. female who I had a long friend ship with...

enough with the Thai chemist.... what did your research reveal about wood vinegar.... ;D I think it all started in Japan. A special pine tree they burn give off this wood vinegar, the japs soak a cloth in it and wrap it around their feet over night & claim that it draws all the bad toxins out of the body, they have used it for hundreds of years. The quality of wood they burn in Thailand is only good for flavoring in food like Bar B Q sauce..... Now NFA go to google.

Banker, that is very interesting. The "wood vinegar" is made from the gas which is produced during the charcoal making process which is captured and put into liquid form.
I see on Amazon that they have "bamboo vinegar foot detox" patches. Most of the charcoal today is made from bamboo cause the old tree stocks are being preserved...........or better to say too expensive to use. The foot patches are intended to detoxify the area they are placed upon.
I got the bamboo charcoal cloth gloves and the bamboo charcoal ankle support and will post these to my goutish arthritic invalided friend. They seem to be quite functional. They cost around $15 each. I also bought some socks which are the same material, and cost around $8 a pair.............and which should do the same job as the ankle support.......should have bought the socks and not the ankle support.
These socks are "strange" in that when one puts them on, the feet feel slightly hot.....tingly. Actually tingling in the body is not strange it is a sign of increased circulation.
The bamboo charcoal interwoven or embedded with the cloth is said to react to body heat and............1 emit infrared rays which produces heat.........2 emit negative ions...........3 and have absorption properties ( correctly adsorption properties that attract and neutralise toxins).
They are said to "improve blood circulation, which may relieve joint discomfort, stiffness, muscle tension, body aches and soreness". Worth a try.
And I see the photos of the skeleton of King Richard 111 which give an excellent example of scoliosis.............curvature of the spine............the Dowager's Hump.
Perhaps, if he had access to a chiropractor, he would not have been so distempered and spiteful and English history may have had a different outcome.
Instead of "My Kingdom for a horse" it could have been "My Kingdom for a chiropractor".

For a while there the arthritic became enamoured with apple cider vinegar, I knew a guy who took a tablespoon in his tea every day.

Bamboo carbon yarn socks.
I was impressed with the bamboo carbon yarn socks to the extent that I decided to switch all my socks to that type so I was looking to buy another six pairs. The last ones that I bought were $7 a pair plustpostage so the cost would have been around $55.
Looking around on the net I came across the site "Ali Express" which has hundreds of ecommerce stores with thousands of items. The site is a China site and the surprising thing is that mostly its free postage.
I bought 12 pairs of bamboo carbon yarn socks for $12, free postage. That would have cost $110 from non China resellers.
What a bargain that is. And the payment was straightforward by Visa.
No wonder China is winning the trade war, when not only have they got the products, but also free postage.
Plenty of bargains on the Ali express site.

I've been to many Chiropractors Peter, and there aren't too many left who massage you these days, believe me: In and out, money, money, money! I have been one of the angriest men you have ever met all your life mate and I agree in part to with what you say. We all have to deal with our personal demons and yes they can be partial causes of our afflictions, but they are not the only reasons why we become sick! I just read into your words that it all got to do with our emotionality, and I don't agree mate.. Cheetal...

Yes, they don't massage because it takes time. They rely upon their restretch of the muscles for the muscles to soften which they can only do after they release the tension within them. That tension can be secondary because something else is out of alignment, or it can be primary, that is, holding the tension within it.
I saw an emotional release once, when I took a "highly volatile" woman to a chiropractor. I had known her for several years, and over those years she had settled down from an active volcano to a dormant volcano, around whom everyone was on tip toe as she easily bubbled up.
It was a nice calm day, everyone was peaceful and off we set to the chiropractor. He did his routine and we set off on the return.
About three hours later she exploded. We were all stunned! This was the behaviour that was frequent several years previously, but which had been dormant for several years, and here it was on repeat for no reason.
For no reason? Yes, for no external reason. But the reason was that the chiropractor had stretched those back muscles which were as tight as can be, and by doing that he released a lot of hidden away negative emotion.
She herself was stunned! She did not want to behave that way, but she just had no control over her anger.
She was a hyperthyroid, one of those women with the fish eyes.....bulging eyes...........that were always bulging because of inner tension, which she simply was not able to control.
We continued with the chiropractor and bought one of those heavy vibrating massage machines, which did a good job of soothing, but not of releasing the more deeply held emotions. The chiropractor and the massage was no a cure, but it was certainly a relief.
Not all emotion is held in the muscles but a lot is. Some of it is held in the internal organs, and that is a much tougher task how to get rid of that. It is always negative emotion that is held and stored. Positive emotion just flows through us as the happiness of living.
Hyperthyroid women have a metabolism that is running double time. They usually end up skin and bones as a result. Always emotionally volatile with those fish eyes.
My advice for any man who meets one is............to run as fast as you can...........because in addition to volcanic emotions, they are also given to extreme jealousy. Many men have wives who double as security guards and in many cases the cause will be a disorder of the thyroid.
If one looks into the background it is often a story of being jilted, bitterness, disappointment and self pity.
The so called cure is to reduce the size of the thyroid routinely by drinking radioactive iodine, which destroys a certain percentage of the thyroid.
What they do not tell one, is that the metabolism will become slow and they will put on weight to become as larges as the obese women I see in the mall everyday. And instead of anger, the emotions become introverted and silent crying and sighing and sadness become the keynotes.
Emotions are thoughts of a generalised kind. The only thing that makes us sick is our own thinking. It is our own thinking that stops the natural healing ability that we were born with.
If one looks at a tree, most of the time it is perfectly healthy.
If one looks at a man most of the time he is full of problems.
What is the difference?
The tree lives from the Nature Soul, and the man lives from his thought and emotional impressions in his mind....in his consciousness, not from his Soul.
Take away the junk from the mind and emotions of mankind, and they would live as healthily and contentedly as the world of nature around us.
Health is the natural conditon that is designed within us, ill health is the creation of man which is overlaid upon that.
..........................
For anyone with "frozen shoulder" or other "frozen muscles" have a look at youtube................"the magic bamboo"................or................"magic bamboo detox"................which is all about restoring circulation and unlocking "frozen muscles". This approach makes a lot of sense, and is an intensive method of massage.............a bit painful but faster to get the result then the chiropractic technique of stretching the muscles does. Very impressive technique to restore circulation and very simple.
