Good to hear Terry:)) Magnesium excites a lot of other minerals in the metabolic process, so that work more efficiently. I would also recommend a teaspoon of Bi-Carbonate, Bicarbsoda everyday also mate. try it, I think you will be very surprised, and its as cheap as chips:)) Cheetal.

I used bicarb soda for many years and still do for the consequences of an acid stomach. My dad worked in a bakery and the house was saturated with bakery products and I think that is where the problem started.
After a while, I could not eat any pastry products so that even in high school, I could not eat pies, and today, I cannot eat bread, spaghetti or cakes cause it causes indigestion...............soda crackers, German rye bread, Lebanese bread and crumpets are the substitute.
In recent years, I have switched to using oils. The way to apply them is to the stomach area after a morning shower, and again at night.
When I started this, I used Coconut oil two thirds and castor oil one third. Nothing happened for six months, then a very watery diarrhoea for a few days and after that I was ten kilos lighter.
Of course, one slackens off after a win, but the weight did not come back............although a few pounds did.
I was not doing it to lose weight, but to try and fix the stomach......which it did partly..........until I overloaded the show with too much beer............but it was an improvement.
I had discovered castor oil by reading of a diabetic lady who had gangrene on the big toe, so the docs took it off, then gangrene on one foot so the docs took that off, then on the leg, so once again off. Shortly after the other big toe had gangrene and the same procedure was in prospect.
She refused and went home and wore a castor oil sock and the gangrene went. That true story made me pay attention. Castor oil is a purifying agent for the body........simple as that. Its called Palma Christi in olden days.
So a lot of weight was gone and the stomach improved provided I watched the diet. Then i returned to Australia and was surrounded by all of the good food here and the diet watching was reduced too much.
So I have returned to the oils, and yes they definitely do make an impact........nothing spectacular............but they improve the circulation of the body and that of itself ensures that the body functions more efficiently.
I was in the habit of taking half an aspirin of a morning to clear the head........but since I restarted the oil massage, that stopped of itself............just no need.
I mention this because any one with a heart condition...........or even a weight problem.............should consider the oils.
Fish oil is the recommended intake for heart conditions but I do not know how it would go externally applied. The other oils mentioned have the side effect of lowering cholesterol............ just the consequence of making the system work more efficiently.
Taking oils internally is an inefficient method. Applying them through the skin is much more efficient since they go directly into the blood stream.
The oils must be cold pressed virgin oils not processed oils. A cold pressed oil stands by itself without degrading whereas processed oils are refined and bleached to the degree that they clog the system. Never use processed oils or one will end up as large as a McDonald's customer.
Olive oil is the best for cooking as its a cold pressed oil. Google Proteco to see an excellent range of Queensland processed oils.
There are other oils around which have a reputation as anti cancer oils.............such as flaxseed oils, apricot oil, almond oil, olive oil and even cod liver oil.
I have an open mind on this but the influence that these cold pressed oils have is that they turn the system from acidic to alkaline............and rot and decay do not develop in alkaline systems.
Sodium Bicarbonate is used as a controversial treatment for cancer in Italy with success, but I do not think the success comes from the soda bicarb but rather from turning acid systems to alkaline.
Rot and decay do not take place in alkaline environments.
One can see the difference in bread. The German Pumpernickel bread I have here is from Germany, made from natural products with no additives and is months old and still good. That is alkaline bread. Sour breads tend to alkaline which is why people like them.
Compare that to processed bread with a shelf life of a few days before it rots on the shelf..........or it rots in your system through the process of oxidisation................which withdraws oxygen from the system and thus the oxygen is not available to the system. Acidic processed foods put systems under strain and turns them acidic.
So does excessive alcohol and cigarettes. Those hangovers come from lack of oxygen meaning that the oxygen of the body has already been used in the oxidisation process. Cigarettes take more oxygen out of the body than grog does. One will never see an athlete of note who smokes.
A juicer also cleans a system more bluntly than oils............but both have the same effect...........and the oils more systematically than the rush of the juice. Yes, vegetable juice relieves an acid stomach.
I have found Activated Charcoal to be better than soda bicarb. It really does clean the body. One will be breaking wind all day.
Any one interested can look up oils on the net. To apply externally, shave the abdomen area.
And one bonus for those DSP's who still have hair on their head is that it will increase in texture and shine but do go easy cause Partners Visas cost much more than cold pressed virgins do.........correction,........(sorry Ms G)....... cold pressed virgin oils do.

I have a friend who is now 75, and who suffers greatly from arthritis and gout. He earned it in my view as he had the most suppressed anger in any person I ever met, and when that exploded the roof would lift from the house.......and it exploded fairly often.
The anger got into the kidneys and caused kidney stones.............which are congealed anger..............and they cannot be taken out since he will not go under the knife.......and they are not of a kind that can be vibrated away through the sound machine that they use for that.
The other problem, is that he is a man of fixed opinions to whom it is very difficult to give advice...........not that there is much advice to give since the anger is so deep seated advice will not remove it.............and all the docs have had their look and their recommendation is the knife............but the problem is deeper than kidney stones and kidney malfunction.
The affects of the arthritis and gout...........mostly gout..............are pitiful...............and have turned him into a pain riddled invalid..............around whom all are on their best behaviour.
For anyone who has straightforward gout ...........the remedy is simple..............two tabs of Etoricoxib taken six hours apart will have one out of bed and hobbling around. Also known as Arcoxia. 90g is enough. I get a very rare attack.......so if I travel I take a few tabs with me. Gout will immobilise one, its like walking on broken glass if one tries.
But this case is too complicated for that and again, the fellow is so stubborn that one's efforts are wasted.
So, I am going to send him two arthritis rubs............one is by the name of Quiken made in New Zealand and the other is China Gel on Amazon. Both are by post so that is convenient.
They work by deep penetration restoring circulation. I selected them from the excellent reivews.
The other item I have bought for him is "activated charcoal wear" from Aus healing. One set is for the hands and elbows and the other for the foot and ankle.
Somehow they got the property of the activated charcoal into the cloth. Its not a miracle cure but might give him some relief since the charcoal will draw out the negative ions, which are disruptive to circulation and its worth a try................because the negative ions are causing the blockage and if one can reduce those, through withdrawal then circulation must improve.
Rheumatism and arthritis are bottled up negative emotions. The rheumatism being bottled up in the muscles, and the arthritis in the areas around the bone.......not in the bone but in the flesh......ligaments and whatever...........around the bone...........and this results in calcium buildups.
For rheumatism, massage with deep penetrating gels or oils, will help a lot, not only to alleviate but to gradually cure, since the bottled energies will gradually be released if one is consistent over time.
This is what chiropractors do. They leave the bones alone, but concentrate on restretching the muscles through alignment cracks and snaps and crunches. Prior to the crunching they prepare the patient with massage. It sounds like they are crunching your bones, and that is there, but their aim is to reset the muscles and the bones will automatically go back into position. They are careful to take long term misalignments over several sessions cause if they try to put things back in one session, they will simple stretch and tear the muscle.
When the chirpractor finishes with one's back, during the rest of the day one might feel very angry, because the emotions of anger and disappointment and whatever has been released from the back to a degree...........its the release of emotion...........because the back is where emotion is stored..............its the body's natural defense to do that. Its called "body armouring".
A clear example of body armouring is the Dowager's Hump...........those pictures from England of little old ladies bent over so much, nearly always alone, walking hunched over. Invariably, they were widows of means, left alone with their disappointments and heavy sorrows which hunched them over. The lower classes escaped this disease, probably because they were too busy working, or spending their time in dissoluteness.
It is true that people stooped over are carrying the effect of some emotions embedded within their back muscles. The problems are not within the bones but within the muscles and any difficulties with the bones are secondary ones.
There is a famous little book by Dr Jarvis on apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has the ability to lessen arthritis as it somehow improves calcium circulation.
It was commonly used on dairy farms to reduce mastitis. He quotes the case of a man who used to get a higher price for his "vinegar fed beef" from the butcher because of its tenderness. If its tender it means that there is no rheumatism there.
Yes, cows, horses, dog and cats get rheumatism and arthritis. There is a show on Landline where the 84 year old farmer from Geelong took clean sweep in the dressed carcass competition, the top seven prizes in the Geelong show.
First time ever done in Australia, and when asked his secret replied " good grass, good genetics, and contented cows."
He said people who disturb their animals will never win any prizes "some are so stupid that when they drive into the paddock, they drive straight at the cattle and make them scatter" and of course stress and tension the muscles............keep that up and one will not only not win prizes but one will have cow rheumatism.
Its the same today with those Japanese high priced beef cattle that are fed a special diet including beer to make their meat tender. Its really a regime to keep the beef alkaline together with massaging the animals to keep the circulation efficient.
So, the best I can do for my crippled friend is send him these massage balms and wish him the best.
All young people should be taught the wisdom of "do not let the sun go down upon your anger".
And the best way to do that is "to forgive your enemies" and "to love your neighbour as yourself".
But its hard to convince the natural man in his youth of that wisdom.

It was gout that finally finished me with the demon drink, or at least caused an intake reduction of about 95%. Plus mysterious internal pains.
Funny, I actually enjoy a drink now, it's not just part of the daily routine.
