DSP to get even tougher under Abbott LIBs

I was at my friends house this week and he had saved a paper for me to read, it was a Brisbane weekend paper
In it was an article that stated DSP to get tougher under Abbott.
In it Abbott explained how DSP should'nt be for life for certain ailments.
He didnt state what changes are to be made, but he did state that existing DSP recipients were to be
Grandfathered.

I dont beleive much that politicians say so I think I will fast track my portability assesment.

If the LIBs were to win the election this year how soon after that could they push changes through ?
