Be careful when using your credit card for in flight services with Jetstar.I flew with them in April to Asia and they deducted the money from my account for goods purchased around five days later. When checking my account in May, I find that they have decided to make a deduction again. I hadn't even flown in May.The company they use is called Jet In flight Sales Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
They are asking me to jump through hoops to get my own money back, I have given them more than enough information to see they have made an error, but they are still putting obstacles in my way. I think a story to a local paper will be on the cards.

Thanks for the update Howdo. Isn't funny how the buggers can unlawfully deduct money, then we have to jump through hoops to get it back; I'd rather jump on heads myself. A letter to the Editor of the Gold Coast Bulletin or such might be worth some payback. Hope it all works out old mate... Bon Chance' & God Speed...

You're damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Scoot kept me waiting for 6 hours in Coolangatta airport and I missed my connection in Singapore. Had a very uncomfortable and sleepless night in the airport, then had to m pay another $120 for another flight to BKK.

Contact the Fraud squad at Broadbeach Police station and tell them about it. If there is no fraud squad at Broadbeach have a talk with the D's and see if they can help you.

Something like this happened to me once and I remember it took a while to resolve....and in the meantime I could not access the money.
I used to think it was an issue you had to pursue with either your bank, or your card issuer. However if the company involved admits fault and refunds the money, that is the faster option....so no wonder you're taking that path. Good luck !
