Just got this from one of out members, it clearly states that people receiving the UP have an ongoing exemption from the residency requirement for the DSP.  |

is it possible to find where in the C/L legislation says this 'ongoing exemption from the residency requirement for the DSP?
i am sure lot of people including myself were worried and holding back because of this exact uncertain grey area.

wbmania72 it says it in black and white that people granted i/p are exempt from the residencey requirements for this payment if granted i/p its from the horses mouth
