Well done Jimmy. Sounds to me like another, yet again, case for compensation. Only then will this pointless torture we must endure come to an end for all. The fact that you finally won proves they were wrong in the first place, as they are every time we have a win down the track and you should never have had to put up with this needless deceipt they throw at every disabled person. Yes, like my own win it is a huge load lifted off us but the anger remains that it should never been put us at all. So I will toast you with a Leo as Banjo is correct again. Singa perhaps but never chang. And when you get UP i will have another one also. Chock dee jimmy.

Next part.. Just got off the phone from C/L. I said I would like U/P forms. She says I will probably need a jca again. Then she says oh you have just got your DSP recently. I will just put some more notes here for international services. She explains that the more she puts in the less likely you will need another doctors report. Asks why I want to travel, I say my wife is not an Australian citizen yet and she leave's this weekend for home and I want to go at the end of the month. She says so you are not leaving permanently I said no just 3 months or so twice a year. Well she says I will put an urgent attention on this for you, so you can be with your wife and family. Now I am thinking is she being so helpful because I won against C/L recently, or have C/L had a change of heart? It just seemed that she wanted to help all around, usually I have to fight tooth and nail. Well I suppose we will see. And nomadic better get that Leo ready mate chock dee krup

Worth taking a chance Jimmy, I'd be inclined to take them at face value first up.

Normally i smell a trap when they start asking questions but again I agree with banjo to take it on face value this time. just be careful answering any questions though as I had a number they asked me even right up to my day of departure that may have left me open to problems if i had of answered them the wrong way. IE not the truth. Banjo can buy you a coffee and I'll set up the Leo'sat 5.00 p.m. Where do you hang out up here?

Well this is where we are at. My wife is still on 820, should go 801 visa October. She rang C/L today, and they say she cant get any payment until December. She is now 8 weeks pregnant, we are short on money. Not sure what to do, as we keep getting different things from CL

Hi Banjo,
They on review for portability dropped my points from 30 to 5. Man from international services rang to tell me the news. I said i won at the AAT 9 months ago, and nothing has changed. I stated i have a letter from C/L legal saying i have 20 points in 1 table, and another report from my back saying 10. He says we have not seen those. So i forward a copy and now its up to a ARO to check the NEW evidence. At this point i went and got a new report from my physiologist in case. and one from my clinical psyc as well, saying i am worse than this time last year. From here i see another battle. What do you all think?

Yes Jimmy, once again they defy belief. Nothing other to do though they soldier on though. You will get there eventually if you are in the right. They are all bluff with smoke and mirrors, incompetence and lies for the most part. Sadly. Never give up and hopefully sooner than later. P.S. Keep the names of all the C/L people you talk to as they may come in handy later on.

Jimmy, I found CL International to be very helpful during my new assessment in 2014. Keep talking to them, and as nomadic said, write down who you speak to. Good luck.

Well i do all of the above, keep names and where they are. Got a call Friday from the ARO, she said she has all the evidence and will contact me when it has been over viewed. But then added she may not be able to over turn the decision. So wtf is she even there for if she cant say it is wrong? I can feel it starting all over again
