I got told at a job interview for a waiter that the pay is based on three levels level 1 10 level 2 13 level 3 15 Is this a cash in hand payment. I am not sure. But the form also said tax file number. You won't need a tax file number if it is that low.

To get a job as a waiter these days you need to be a young female with a foreign accent. Preferably a French or Italian accent ....

On a serious note QR i'm not sure how the wage can be so low for a job that requires a tax file number, unless of course it's on of those hospitality traineeships scam wages where they pay you a percent of the full wage for a 3 month period. I was on one of those back in 2006 at Domino's pizza in carlton melbourne as a delivery driver on a company scooter where they paid me 330 aud for a 38 hour week for three months apparently because it takes 3 months to work out how to delivery pizzas. I know how could they get away with paying such a low wage for full time employment that is not an apprenticeship.
