Hello,
I was granted DSP during this year under the new tables/rules and I wanted to know if I want to live overseas cause I have dual nationality and have lived overseas for many years. What is best to do? to apply to unlimited portability or international agreement (in case it's a agreement country) what if I apply for international agreement then go to another country where there's no agreement? That's why I need orientation on what's best option. Can someone guide me? Thanks.

You cannot, for example, go to the USA under an international agreement, and go from there to a 3rd country, many reasons, but there's a periodic check on that and it includes a passport check.
ALSO: as I understand an international agreement might help you retain the Age Pension, eg living in the USA, as I might do for a short period, but, check this also I might be wrong. You can't use an international agreement country to get portability on your DSP.

Who the International Social Security Agreements helpThe agreements help if you have lived in both Australia and an agreement country and have been covered by that other country’s social insurance scheme. The payments you may be able to get vary between different countries and their social security agreements with Australia. All agreements cover Age Pension, but some also cover pensions such as Disability Support Pension, Carer Payment (adult), Double Orphan Pension, and Parenting Payment (single). www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/centrelink/international-social-security-agreements

I'm under 35 and was granted DSP due to a medical condition that I have had since my teens also have dual nationality with an Agreement Country but would like to move to another country that doesn't have the Agreement. So that's why I'm confused, what's best to apply for? or what's the best to do in this case.

It would be confusing for many reasons.
I don't know whether going to an agreement country without UP is accepted. As Banjo said you have to check it with Centrelink directly.
I looked at going to USA with my Age Pension, but the residency checks are very strict and there is no way you could be residing in a 3rd country.

If you have Australian Indefinite Portability of your pension then it does not matter which country in the world you go to.
