The Western Australian State general election will be held on Saturday 11 March 2017. If you are overseas and would like to vote, you can do so by postal vote or in-person at some locations.
To check whether you are enrolled to vote visit the online enrolment tool at elections.wa.gov.au/onlineEnrolmentSystem
Postal Voting
You can apply for a postal vote until 6pm Wednesday 8 March. Please note that postal vote applications for overseas electors should be submitted early to ensure ballot papers are received on time.
To be included in the count of votes, completed ballot papers must be postmarked on or before 6pm local time on Saturday 11 March 2017 and reach the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) no later than 9am Thursday 16 March 2017. Please place appropriate postage on the return envelope and mark it as airmail.

In-person early voting
You can vote in-person from 20 February 2017 by attending an early vote issuing office.
