Having returned to OZ recently with a cancelled dsp I have learnt Quickly that I'm the one thats gotta do all the work to have any chance of a restart.Welfare rights didnt clarify how to approach it, so can you guys give me a defined outline of the current impairment tables. I'm sure that I can score high enuf to get a restart, thats just an honest opinion on how ed life is, but can anyone tell me how high you need to score to get portability, cheers mojo

No worries, this seems to happen regularly with comlaw.gov stuff, I'll find a new one.

Now that's strange, the original Comlaw.gov link works for me but I added the dss.gov one as well.

Hi guys im a bit confused right now, i cant find the impairment tables anywhere, all the links on this thread like to impairment tables that have the points that go up to 30 points. But those were the old ones, i thought 20 points was the maximum now. I literally cannot find the imapairment tables with a maximum of 20 points anywhere. If you could help direct me that would be great, thanks.

I sent you a PM, get back to me if you still don't understand.
The 20 points are the requirement for a SEVERE disability, 30 points for an EXTREME disability.

I'm not quite sure where this 'extreme' disability/impairment comes from, s94(3B) only refers to 'severe impairment' - i.e. 20 or more points under one table.
The impairment tables certainly refer to 30 points = extreme impairment, but if the threshold to overcome is severe impairment (20 points), I'm not sure what the relevance of 30 points or more is - does it come down to funding a carer or something?
