I've got a complaint that the travel vouchers issued with the pensioner concession card has been reduced from two to one. Any one got a recent card can take a look to see if they're with the letter it came with? Sounds a bit mean eh?

Since this hasn't been answered before... the Countrylink web site still says NSW and ACT pensioners get four vouchers per year, i.e. enough for two return trips. So AFAIK, there hasn't been any reduction at a national level, but since the railways are run at a state level, others states might've changed what they offer pensioners; maybe someone else on here knows?

I can't remember what became of this but Banker or I may have answered the inquiry directly after the lack of response here.

I just checked the email for AustralianPensioner.org and there is nothing in there about this.
As with a lot of things the Government keeps changing the rules, so it would be wise to check each State Government as to there current pensioner concessions.
