Try to learn as much as I can. Why did the pension exchange come about and why are there only certain countries participating?
eg i was born in Serbia the old Yugoslavia and they are so far excluded but Croatia isnt and Im curious to know why

There appears to be little rhyme or reason to it, if common sense prevailed I certainly wouldn't have differed between the countries that once made up the former Yugoslav Republic. To demonstrate how crazy it is, the UK has an agreement with Australia but we don't have one with them....   |
