Hi everyone!
On the 22nd of January 2021 I requested via email for my complete file. I stated that I wanted it sent to my email (rather than snail mail) and I wanted it for my own reference (I'm not sure if that is a valid reason for obtaining my complete file). I used the instructions and one of the example request formats posted on here but with my own details.
Should I have received a confirmation email? Or do they just not reply if the request is rejected?
It's not really urgent as I'm already on DSP UP/IP, I would just like to read it and have my own copy on hand.
Cheers

Will wait for another couple of weeks as it's not urgent. If still nothing I might touch base with the phone line for International customers. Thanks again! Cheers JJJ88
