How long does it normally take to receive the forms? I rang international services on the 26th of Feb, just wondering when I should expect to get hem?

I would've thought two weeks should've been long enough wedabest. Give it another week and if they haven't turned up call them back and hopefully you'll get better service. Given how you described your interaction, the person you spoke to simply may not have actioned the process. Cheers 🐻

If you have NDIS and have a support worker you could also consider making an appointment with centrelink and take them with you for support/advocacy.
I think bear/genx would have included the link bit its a good idea to get your Freedom of Information (FOI) request started while you wait for the application form as well.

NO; I don't think wedabest has been informed about applying for their file under FOI tasjo . Having both DSP & NDIS, I thought it probably wasn't really required; but of course you're right!! It's usually an early recommendation we give to anyone looking into applying for full portability. wedabest , the first post in the linked thread gives you all of the details needed to apply for your file. It's free and the entire process can be done online and via your phone. If you do apply someone from FOI will call you from a private number, so you must be prepared for that and answer all of your calls or they'll likely suspend the process. Benefits include; you then becoming aware of all the information they hold on you; including a breakdown of how many points you have and how they've been distributed. As well as being able to see whether you agree with their summary about you and it also then gives you the opportunity to rectify any information you may deem to be false. It 'should' also indicate the level of functional disability Centrelink have assessed you as having.
I 'think' these would be reasonably consistent with your NDIS reports/assessments.
I have previously accompanied someone to an appointment with Centrelink regarding their DSP who was assessed at a manifest level (extreme disability) for both intellectual and mental health disabilities.
Depending how recent, you could also provide some relevant reports from NDIS for your UP/IP application, but I would use this sparingly in case it backfires with your 'need for support' being provided in Australia.
