Just read on another forum that you can go into Immigration in your capital city and they will give you a letter they sign that shows every time you entered and left Australia for the past 10 years or so.

It goes back further than that. I got one to show I wasn't resident for private health insurance purposes. It showed all my movements going back to my first trip overseas.

I reckon half the time they wouldn't know. I had a pleasant discussion with a receptionist who at the end of the conversation and with my file open said " Im sorry I can t see it here are you overseas or have you returned"
she also said thats why we have to call because it doesn't register sometimes, ..they were her words exactly
Thats not to say immigration doesn't send it but they are massive depts and things can get a bit loose

I agree, I think they are not trained properly or do it deliberately to so you don't find out.
When i inquired about my Impairment Ratings and other info, 1 person got me my rating, and others couldn't find it or used some other excuse to not find it.
