well guess some 1 has to have a go...a good fight...so I've put in a complaint to the Anti-discrimination Board....part of the Human Rights Commision..about my review officer..and the 2 decisions....see what happens..

Good on ya Bundy, give 'em hell. Just out of interest, when you lodged your complaint, usually as far as I know you have to specify on what grounds you feel discriminated against ie. gender, age, sexuality, race, disability etc and briefly outline your case. Did you have to do this? And if so, how did you box up your case? Did they have any feedback for you once you'd lodged it?

scuzzy..hi..just put it in Saturday..you can do it online..yes on discrimination against my disability. and against my ARO..ARE THE NEW :IP: forms online or will be..I also have 13 weeks to appeal to the AAT..See wat happens..cheers.

Dude I think you have to ring them or bang on their door. They tend to be lawyers doing a bit of free work so they get some brownie points for Heaven.

Well the human rights commision just told me to go to appeals tribunal didn't want to know about it.even silly enough to say see an ARO..which i had already told them I had..how stupid..no1 really wants to help..it's a sad world..I told them SSAT doesn't deal with discrimination...duhhh.

The HRC generally don't want anything to do with unfair legislation. We currently have something in the pipeline though so we'll see how that goes.
