Ombudsman slams Centrelink on NT income management decisions, communication
DECISIONS to put and keep thousands of people on income management in the Northern Territory were made outside the law, the commonwealth Ombudsman has found in a damning report.
Acting Ombudsman Alison Larkins says Centrelink decision-making tools used to apply income management did not meet legislative requirements.
