Here's one for you seasoned travelers ;D. Travel agent told me this morning I would probably get stopped at Brisbane Airport if I was heading to Indonesia with a 60 day visa and my flight was returning later than that. Anybody had this problem?

Qantas tried this on me some years ago I just got the supervisor showed my passport & previous visits to the Philippines and they allowed me to continue. I had a one year ticket & no visa when leaving Brisbane Airport, I always got a entry permit at Manilla. This happened many years ago so things could have changed.
Contact the Airline would be your best bet.

I do this all the time , get a 60 day visa for Thailand but my return flight is 30 days after the visa expires. Never been questioned , but i usually fly from the Gold Coast . I have flown from Brisbane some time ago with the same circumstances and was not confronted. Sometimes i think travel agents are too pedantic and a bit overcautious . I like to be my own travel agent.
