1, When they ask you whether you prefer a window or an aisle, just ask for anything at the front, There is not much to see out the windows on night flights anyway.
When you sit at the front. you get on last and get off first.
2. Pack a light suitcase when you leave, because most of what you don't pack. you can buy there, and then you will have to carry it back as return luggage.
3. There is another Harry's Bar down stairs at Changi, and they take visa debit cards, just below the Burger King

I always go for the aisle regardless of position on the plane. The flights are a nightmare of sit for a while, stand for a while anyway. My most recent flight, on Singapore Airlines, I managed to pre-book an emergency door seat online for an extra $50. Well worth it to stretch out though.
Which terminal at Changi? Or have they all got one?

Can't say I've noticed but I seldom use the recline function anyway.

Which terminal at Changi? Or have they all got one? I think it's Terminal 2, but still a bit of a guess. You know where the escalator is that takes you upstairs to the Burger King (which used to be McDonalds) in the D corridor if I recall?, and then there is the famous Harry's Bar outside up the stairs with a good view of the runway, and as humid as all bejesus most of the time? Well, if you go back down the stairs that run alongside the escalator, and take a left back onto the main hallway, and then as you get another 30 odd metres back towards where you arrived from, before all the duty free stores, take another left, and then about 15 metres down that little side alley, you will see a bar, and there are doors on its left which lead outside, into a nice cool tropical garden, and you can happily sit there awaiting your flight, and much cooler than the upstairs Harry's Bar. They also accept debit cards and allow smoking in that garden, and you can see the Burger King upstairs in the window. Hard place to find but a better place to wait.

If Banjo goes in there he will miss the flight. If he is wise like me, and tries the downstairs Harry's Bar, he won't have to fall down the escalator!
