Dear Members
I am having trouble understanding the definitions/wording in the new impairment tables.
Ive had a stroke, and I am effected in different areas. The most significant being.
brain function. communication.
Do I need to have at least 20 points in 1 table ?
Or can the points from the seperate tables be added together as they are from the same illness/condition ?
I also have other areas of concern but they would be considered mild but the above 2 areas would be moderate or extreme depending on the JCA.
Please help me to understand.
Many Thanks Daniel

Thanks for the help, im pretty sure I have 20pts in 1 table 30pts on bad days but I am worried to take the UP JCA , chances are you cop some C/L nazi and spend the rest of your days attending bulls**t courses, interviews & waiting in line at C/L to submit your newstart forms.
