Personal decision, you can always say sorry you didn't know you had to report in. I can't see a problem with you coming back.

ha ha that's exactly what i had in mind ..slip in and out without making a noise....but i've always wondered if they get a flag when we pass through immigration?
i read your case and good on you for sticking it out with the buggers...i've been through so many demeaning and stressful fights with them i know how it feels

Yes Jelly, they get informed by immigration everytime we go in/out. I saw all the pages on it during my appeals hearings but I also wouldn't calll them either. After i got UP i was told that whenever i come back i didn't have to call them. I couldn't imagine being in an agreement country would cause any problems either but with C/L you never know.

Im in oz now. I had to make an unplanned return so I thought I may as well get my meds and renew the pension card.
Absolutely immigration alert C/link immediately however it takes 48hrs for CL to refresh its system completely. I was able to get my card and my meds no probs at all
also when you return your supplements are automatically reinstated and included into your next payment.
being on UP I don't need to call them however it does clearly state (somewhere) if you are not on UP that you need to notify CL if you intend to depart the country

That's great news Zorro, nice to see we get a win now and then.
