This is the reply I got to my email, in regards to portability: Thanks for getting in touch with us. We work hard to represent Australians from all walks of life to ensure there is a common sense approach to politics with strong leadership and real world business experience to deliver a brighter future for us all. We are working hard on a number of issues we consider need to be addressed within the budget. There are aspects of the budget we are still formulating our position on. Send a strong message to the government on this matter. We suggest you share the views you`ve raised with us concerning the budget with your local MP and your local newspaper. For the most up to date information on the Palmer United Party, please visit our website at www.palmerunited.com Regards PALMER UNITED PARTY “We’re Fair Dinkum” Get in touch with the local? The nationals? This is not a helpful reply. What do you guys make out of it?

I think they might have brushed you off, like a bit of lint on an armani suit .

Still getting their act together regarding policies on various things. I guess they don't want to be branded as liars by taking a stance on it now, then backpedalling later...

Had a read of their website, very basic, but something has to change politically in this country, definately and if PUP is the only viable option; i.e. run in every seat, why not, could they do any worse. At least Clive calls it like it is. Bullshit is bullshit...and the two majors are both full of it! Cheers bear

New breakaway parties with initial popular support should be considered with care.
I remember Pauline.

You can't win a fight by yourself. We fight as a group for everybody. I'm skeptical too, I will send an email back to them to clarify where they stand on disability & portability. Anyone up to meet with them? Need a delegation. Where are they based?

just let you know guys, wrote back to PUP to clarify their response. you should keep writing to him too, whether he's trustworthy or not is irrelevant, there is nobody else who has the slightest power to change anything. But he has. So what the heck, do we have anything to lose??? The answer is NO. So get to work guys! One short email, takes less than 5 min. Keep it short.
