ISP addresses are easily changed. I don't think it's worth getting too excited about trolls, they are a common pest in internet forums and as long as they stay within in our few rules can offer some light entertainment. Banjo believes that boredom and loneliness is a form of disability and has an easy going attitude towards these people,

I don't think it's worth getting too excited about trolls, they are a common pest in internet forums and as long as they stay within in our few rules can offer some light entertainment. We have to deal with Centrelink, so a few trolls along the way are just good practice. They have more brains, they can actually use a computer, so are more of a challenge . Centrelink officers were again working at their highest efficiency this week. The rent certificate I lodged on Tuesday was somehow cancelled after I left the office. Been paying rent for three weeks now, so being backdated an extra week must have made it too hard for them to process. Had to go in there, the money will now be there in two working days time, owe my landlord money now. I gave my corruption speech out loud, once again. They didn't like it, once again. So why make me come in there?!? I thought they wanted to play with me? I was just playing too.

Now I have to apply for all my 'customer contact' records for this year, just to see for myself which 'officer' did it.
I need some scrap paper for starting the pot belly stove each night.

Troll From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
A Shill on the other hand is:
A person who helps another person or organization to sell goods or services without disclosing that he or she has a close relationship with the seller.
The shill pretends to have no association with the seller/group and gives onlookers the impression that he or she is an enthusiastic independent customer. The person or group that hires the shill is using crowd psychology, to encourage other onlookers or audience members (who are unaware of the set-up) to purchase the said goods or services.
The government pays shills to discredit information they don't want known, while trolls just cause mischief or stalk someone they have taken a disliking to.
