Have been trying to input some holiday dates into My Gov WEB page over the last 4 days.
Have logged in OK and gone to Menu/Private Details/Traveling Outside Australia but when page comes up it is BLANK.
Is this page of the site down for everyone or just me?
Other pages appear to be functioning OK

l just gave it a go' traveling outside australia' and l came up blank also, the site always has problems, wait a day and it will probably work, unless its blank on purpose so none of us can travel overseas anymore, just joking

Probably shut down for the long weekend with most of the staff having a flexi today.

I tried that page and it was blank, went into Centrelink the next day and used one of their computers, same problem. Ended up having to wait and see a consultant and they told the international section that I was going overseas. Ended up getting a phone call from international a couple of hours later. That page has been blank for over a month...!!!!

I suppose you could upload a letter stating the information to your online account (under "upload documents") but it could take a month or more for it to be actioned.

Still not accessible by using MyGov login page but if you login using Centrelink page directly it works www.centrelink.gov.auAll sorted now. Thanks

l was wondering if you update your back account details online on the Centrelink my gov site, such as if you close one bank account and open another or adjust the amount of savings , do you also have to scan or send in a copy of the account balance or copy of the account? or they don't ask for that.

No, not if you're in Australia; changing it to an overseas account can be a major hassle requiring all paper work to be sent by snail mail though.
Regardless of where you are make sure you have a few weeks cash in reserve to allow for "clerical errors".
