Dear Banjo and Krystal, Do you have any experience to advise my friend's case, please? My friend received a letter informed that his DSP review successful and he will back pay the arrears since December 2016. This letter dated 26 April 2017. However, he did not receive any Centrelink letter to inform this matter and he still be in News Start list up to now. Would you have some experience that How long for Centrelink to grand DSP after review success? How can he does now?

Welcome to the forum trangpyz9. Your friend should have certainly been granted DSP after 3 months if their review was successful. My standard advice on this type of matter is for your friend to go into a Centrelink office and ask what is going on. He could also call Welfare Rights in his home state and ask them to inquire on his behalf. This is a free service. NSW welfarerightscentre.org.au/contact-us-2/

I guess the first question I have is who was the letter from?
Quickest way to lay the mind at rest is to ring the Centrelink Disability line on 132 717(definitely DO NOT ring the Newstart line)letter in hand with reference number, date and signature and ask them where in the process does his/her case stand.
Sometimes it's just a matter of someone at Centrelink checking the file and making it an "active" Disability File.
Of course he/she will still get a ton of letters about NewStart as they change things on the file (which automatically generate as different things are changed).
Best of luck

Thank Banjo and Krystal, 1/- The letter was from Review Officer 2/- Up to now my friend does not receive any official decision from Centrelink. However, when he checks his account online, his tittle changes to pension with the arrears money in his payment already. 3/- a Job Wide State officer phoned him to tell him that he got DSP and asked him answer yes to exist the DES Program but after her phone, another Job Wide State appointment appears in his online account again. My friend is very confused.
Please advise him what to do now? does he have to attend this appointment or not?
Thank you for your help

Does he have the number of the Job Wide State officer who rang him? If so, give him a call back. Or call their office.
