So-called mutual obligation will tighten, which will increase the number of disability homeless that have fallen through the cracks of the system.
I see people on the streets on Sydney all the time. They have fallen through the cracks and are often on "jobseeker" payments. Without sugar coating it, many of these people are severely mentally ill, but the system often fails to identify them. More mutual obligation requirements are going to make it worse.
