Patricia Jacobsen, Nollamara Comments: 1 reader has left a comment I RECENTLY had reason to ring Centrelink. On ringing the number I had I was greeted with the words “Welcome to the Older Australian Line”. Going through all the prompts I finally got to the department I wanted. Eighteen minutes later I gave up after listening to music. Over two days the same thing happened with 12 to 15-minute waits each call.
